Shinobi Character Design Project Pt1 (Arinobu)

Aye so the basic premise is four shinobi + disguises, early Edo period, somewhat fantasy. This is the first one. ;d
I learnt so many japanese words and then forgot them, it's not even funny.

Update: Added the disguises. It's taken me way too long to progress w/ the project, but I'll make no excuses and just continue forward. The designs for the other three characters are almost done, the turn around sheets are kiiinda started. I'll probably take down the illustration and re-do it, we'll see when I get to that.
Update 2: Fire boi is finally done.
